  DO NOT GET GAS OR SHOP HERE! They haven't a clue what customer service is. I paid at the pump, filled up my tank and bought a $9 car wash. There was no indication that the car wash I wanted to use was out of order. I put in the code and nothing happened. So, I go in to the store and ask for my money back. The guy tells me that because I paid with a debit card, he can't give me my money back! He tries to get me to use the touch free car wash (it does not do a good job) and I keep asking for my money back. Finally he tells me that I can come back anytime after the car wash is fixed and redeem my car wash. He writes his name, etc. on my receipt. I am tired of arguing with this guy so I agree. 5 days later I stop by after work to get my car wash but, it is still out of service. A few days later, I go back to get my car wash, which I already paid for, and was told I could get anytime, right? The same guy starts telling me that I waited too long to come back! He is old and does not speak english very well so I just keep repeating, "you said anytime!" So after arguing with the guy for several minutes, he prints out a receipt with a code for the correct car wash. For some reason I handed him my receipt when I first walked in. I thought that maybe he didn't remember me. So now, he will not give back my original receipt which I need to reconcile my bank statement! Finally I say screw this, get my car wash, and promise myself to never go to this Chevron again! Ever! You have been warned.

  Have never been treated so rudely before in my life- my grandma forgot she didn't activate her new credit card so I went inside to swipe it at the register and the elderly gentleman said your card declined get out! Paying customers only! Get! I was taken back and paused to get my cash out and another girl came in the store so I stepped to the side and he yelled at me again I told him I'd like to buy a pack of gum and he said but no gas you no have money get out I put the money on the counter and walked out without getting my change and told him I was sorry if I did something and he just told me to get shewing me out! I was in shock. I don't look even close to being homeless or grungy even still he shouldn't treat anyone that way. This was around 7 pm.i went back to tell my grandma and she was shocked. None of my family will be doing business with chevron again.
